What fun to stay in the heritage cottage! Unique accommodation with plenty of quirks - but everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage was 'up the back' - and hence, delightfully quiet (despite having the guest laundry next door), with its own car parking spot at the door. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great: short walk to everything, and right opposite the mall (with excellent take-way/delivery food options).

Unit was a converted house on the property which provided a large, outdoor space under the verandah which also included an outdoor setting of table and six chairs. Main bed was huge, firm and very comfortable.

Location is excellent for travelers. Very close to a range of shops and restaurants. All within walking distance.

Rooms were a good size. plenty of parking available. pool was clean. there was tables and chairs available in a courtyard area which was convenient. Staff were friendly upon checkin and checkout.

Great location close to shops and only a few minutes to Grafton Hospital, where my husband was. Comfy Bed. Great water pressure from taps and shower rose. Housekeepers do a great job keeping the room clean and well-stocked. We live in Yamba and I appreciated staying in the Motel, so I didn't have to travel 50-minutes one-way, twice a day.

Size of room was good. Very comfortable bed. Superior than other accom. nearby. Very quiet and good location close to shops, cafes and hotels for meals

Great location, clean and well maintained property. Staff were super nice - we arrived a little late than planned and the were very accommodating.

The rooms were clean and the staff were efficient and friendly. What more can you expect from a motel. We would gladly stay here again.
